Girls Can’t Surf - The Movie

This documentary coming really soon:

“Girls Can’t Surf” spans the 1980s/90s as women surfers battled in and out of the water against the tide. 

It has the usual surf movie elements — a countercultural vibe and lots of EPIC fluoro fashion and big hair — but its power comes from the untold stories of brave, tenacious and cool women who fought to be taken seriously in their sport for the first time.

I reckon it will be one to watch.
